CPD Programme for VET Professionals

The InclusiVR@Work CPD programme is designed to support VET professionals in promoting disability inclusion in workplaces through innovative digital tools. It will provide practical guidance on how to use VR simulations to raise awareness, foster empathy, and advocate for reasonable accommodation. The programme includes 21 hours of training, including didactic strategies, workshop guides, and technical support to integrate the InclusiVR@Work resources into real-world training practices.
