InclusiVR@Work is developing three immersive VR simulations that place users in the shoes of individuals with physical, hearing or visual disabilities in the workplace. These experiences aim to challenge stereotypes, deepen understanding, and encourage inclusive actions through realistic and emotionally engaging scenarios. Designed for smartphones and VR headsets, they will be accessible and impactful for training professionals and employers alike.
